No donations left outside please
We are appealing to everyone to please respect the signs that we have displayed outside Granton Goes Greener.
We are not able to accept any donations at the moment.
We especially ask that no donations are left outside the doors as we need to dispose of any such donations to the landfill site. This is because animals – foxes, dogs etc – often urinate on them making them unsuitable for re-use. Additionally, taking these items to landfill costs us money

A combination of lots of donations, restrictions on volunteers being able to sort, and only opening on a referral basis means that we need time to sort through the clothes and get them ready for sharing.
